Jennifer Lopez stressed the importance of rest to her fans. Describing a problem she had in her twenties in the latest issue of her newsletter, ‘On the JLo’, Lopez said she thought she was ‘invincible’ when she was younger. “At one point in my life I only slept 3 or 5 hours a night,” Lopez said. I was in my late twenties and thought I was invincible. Until one day. I was sitting in the trailer and with the stress of my job added to the insomnia, I couldn’t struggle mentally,” she added.

Lopez, who explained that she remained motionless in a few seconds, shared that she was taken to the doctor by the security. Explaining that the doctor told him to rest, Lopez said, “I couldn’t see clearly and the physical symptoms started to scare me. “Now I know it’s a panic attack caused by fatigue, but I hadn’t heard anything like it back then,” he said.

Writing about what her doctor had told her, Lopez said, “The doctor said to me, ‘No, you’re not crazy. You just need sleep. “Don’t forget to sleep 7 to 9 hours every night, drink caffeine and exercise,” he said. “I realized how serious the consequences can be for ignoring what my body and mind need to be healthy.”

Talking about physical and mental health recently, Lopez explained that she is trying to balance her work and private life. Explaining that she tried to prioritize her private life in her previous bulletins, Lopez said that she wanted to spend more time with her fiancee Ben Affleck and her children. “This is very important to me, especially now. I want to prioritize not only my business life but also my personal life. When I had children 14 years ago, I started to think differently,” said Lopez. “Some things have changed for me. I gained a healthier perspective. Now that I’m about to get married, my family always comes first. It’s about having enough time to be the woman, the mother, the wife, and the person I need to be for the important people in my life. It must be a very special project if it is going to take my time away from my family,” she added.
